Parent’s Orientation
The academic year 2023-24 commenced at St. Xavier’s Nursery with an orientation programme conducted for parents on 19 th June, 2023, at the Gulati hall. The parents were addressed by our Principal, Fr. Francis Patekar, who enlightened them on the crucial role parents play in the formative years of a child. This was followed by a brief explanation on the educational approach adopted at the nursery and guidelines to be observed, by the supervisor, Mrs. J. DeSales. On 20 th and 21 st June, parents were requested to accompany their children to the nursery to help them get familiar with the nursery. The nursery was brightly decorated and filled with a variety of toys, making it welcoming to the little ones. The children enjoyed themselves as they engaged in indoor and outdoor play.
