Interclass English Debate Competition- Std. 9 and 10
“You don't win a debate by suppressing discussion; you win it with a better argument.” The Interclass English Debate Competition for Std. IX and X was held on Tuesday, the 29 th of November 2022 in the Gulati Hall. The event began at 9 a.m. straight after the school assembly. The topic for the debate was ‘Are Offline Classes Better Than Online Ones?’ Each student was well
prepared, and they presented their argument very effectively. The students put across very valid points to support their point of view. The debate gave a clear insight into the pros and cons of offline and online teaching. It was truly an enlightening experience. The judges for the competition were two highly experienced teachers from our own school. The competition ended at 10 a.m.
