Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training
The Rotary Club of Pune organized a CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training on the 28 th of September, 2024, at 9:00 am in the A.V. Room, for the RSP (Road Safety Patrol) students of
St. Vincent’s High School, conducted by Dr. Vaidya. The session aimed to teach students life- saving techniques to respond to cardiac emergencies. Dr. Vaidya provided step-by-step instructions on performing chest compressions, rescue breaths, and using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). The training included hands-on practice with mannequins, ensuring students gained practical knowledge. The session was well-received, empowering the students with essential skills to potentially save lives in emergency situations.
