Career Counselling for Std. 12 th
On the 28 th of August 2023, a special seminar was held for students of Std. 12 th to explore the exciting possibilities in their academic journey. The seminar was organised by the PTA for the academic year 2023-2024, with the primary goal of showcasing the changing landscape of technology and its potential impact on future careers.
The event was led by Principal Rev. Fr. Francis Patekar, and the guest speaker was Mrs. Smita Vikhankar, an experienced life coach and the creative force behind Yaan Solutions. During the seminar, Mrs. Smita Vikhankar engaged with the students, discussing how technology had become an integral part of our lives and how it had led to the emergence of new job opportunities. The students were highly intrigued and expressed a strong desire to learn more about these technology-oriented careers. Mrs. Vikhankar played a significant role in helping them gain a better understanding of these concepts. The most exhilarating moment of the seminar arrived when the students were given the opportunity to ask their questions. Their queries were well-thought-out, and Mrs. Smita Vikhankar provided them with exceptional answers. She skillfully guided them whenever they were uncertain about which career paths to pursue. Her advice prompted them to reflect on their genuine aspirations and what they truly wanted to achieve. The students acquired invaluable insights from Mrs. Vikhankar’s presentation, and the event achieved tremendous success in assisting them as they explored their potential future directions.
