Children’s Day 2022
Children’s day was celebrated on the 14 th of November 2022, with great festive fervour, to commemorate the 133 rd birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He is also adorably referred to as Chacha Nehru. On this auspicious day, schools all over the country celebrate in various ways.
After two years of lockdown, students and the school management were all excited to celebrate this day. All students came to school in civil clothes. It was a pleasure to watch students coming to school happy and excited.
The children’s day programme had a series of interesting and exciting events, all planned meticulously for a complete entertainment experience. The programme began with a special assembly conducted by the teachers. The celebrations aimed at motivating and grooming children who are the future of our nation. Exhilarating activities were organised for students to unfold their creative and aesthetic skills.
Later a mystical magic show was organised for the students. All the time the magician kept the boisterous students spellbound with his tricks. After the magic show students went back to the classroom and their class teachers conducted some fun activities such as bingo, treasure hunt, hot potato and so on with them. Students and teachers had a great fun together on this day. Students went home with a sweet smile on their face.
