�� Green Day Celebration – Pre-Primary Section
The Pre-Primary Section celebrated Green Day on 16 th September, a Wednesday with great enthusiasm and excitement, creating a wonderful opportunity for our Kindergarten children to learn about the importance of nature and the environment. It was a special day has it marked an important day in the calendar has World Ozone Day. The school was beautifully decorated with green-themed displays, plants, leaves, trees and nature-inspired artwork, creating a cheerful and eco-friendly atmosphere. The children came dressed in different shades of green, making the celebration colourful and vibrant. A variety of fun and meaningful activities were conducted throughout the day. The children participated in planting and caring for saplings, helping them understand the importance of plants and their role in keeping our surroundings clean and healthy. They also enjoyed creative activities such as drawing, colouring and making nature-themed crafts. The
children enthusiastically created pictures of trees, flowers, animals and other elements of nature. The students were also introduced to healthy green foods and vegetables, encouraging
them to make nutritious food choices. Through interactive classroom activities and discussions, they learnt simple ways to care for plants, protect nature, avoid wastage and keep their surroundings green and clean. The children thoroughly enjoyed the celebration while learning valuable lessons about nature, sustainability and environmental responsibility. Green Day was a joyful and enriching experience that encouraged our young learners to appreciate and care for the beautiful world around them. “Go Green, Keep It Clean, and Make Our Earth Beautiful!” ����
