A.G.M. cum Parent Orientation

St. Vincent’s High School and Junior College organized its Annual General Body Meeting cum Parent Orientation on 19 June 2026 in Gulati Hall under the theme “Roots to Skies.” The programme began with a welcome address and prayer, followed by Principal Rev. Fr. Titus, who introduced the annual theme “Caring for Our Common Home” with a focus on water positivity, carbon neutrality, zero waste, and biodiversity. He encouraged parents to reduce plastic use, highlighted plans for a STEM lab, sports infrastructure upgrades, and the introduction of music into the secondary curriculum. He also emphasized the 3A Method of Studying—Attendance, Attention, and Active Learning—and requested parents’ cooperation in ensuring road safety and traffic discipline. Guest speaker Mr. Shirish Sebastian delivered an inspiring session on positive parenting, stressing the importance of communication, emotional well-being, family bonding, digital discipline, and guiding children with love and support. He encouraged parents to spend quality time with their children and seek professional career guidance when needed. The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem, followed by the formation of the new PTA Executive Committee with the newly elected class representatives
