Teacher’s Orientation

St. Vincent’s High School held its Teacher’s Orientation on June 13, 2025, led by Rev. Fr. Francis Lobo with the theme: ‘Called to Teach.’ The session emphasized teaching as a sacred vocation rooted in Ignatian spirituality and the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm. Real-life classroom case studies encouraged teachers to reflect on students’ emotional realities and practice compassionate pedagogy .Fr. Francis highlighted the importance of self-care and emotional awareness for educators. The Jesuit Universal Apostolic Preferences were shared as guiding values, leaving teachers inspired and purpose-driven for the year ahead.
