A Seminar Conducted on Child Safeguarding and Traffic Rules
A Child Safeguarding and Traffic Awareness Seminar was held at Fr. Oesch Hall on 28th July 2025 to sensitize school transport staff, including bus and auto drivers, on student safety and behavioral expectations. The session began at 9:00 a.m. with a warm welcome address expressing gratitude to the dignitaries and participants.  The anchor highlighted that child safety is the highest priority and stressed the importance of student protection, discipline, and effective communication. Topics discussed included adherence to traffic rules, safe boarding and deboarding procedures, and maintaining a respectful environment for students. The chief guest, Mrs. Anuja Kulkarni, guided the staff on key do’s and don’ts, proper handling of children, and professional behavior protocols. The event encouraged active participation, with attendees sharing experiences and clarifying safety-related doubts.
The seminar proved to be informative, interactive, and impactful, strengthening the collective responsibility to ensure safe school commutes.
