On 10th July 2025, St. Joseph’s Night High School observed Guru Pournima with reverence and enthusiasm. The event served as a meaningful occasion to highlight the significance of teachers and mentors in shaping the journey of learning and personal growth.
Mr. Babar addressed the students, offering insightful guidance on the historical, cultural, and spiritual importance of Guru Pournima. He elaborated on the role of a guru in moulding one’s character, values, and aspirations, encouraging students to honour and respect their teachers not only on this day but throughout their lives.
Adding to the warmth of the occasion, a few esteemed ex-students visited the school to pay their respects to their former teachers. Their presence not only rekindled fond memories but also inspired the current students, serving as a living testament to the lasting bond between mentors and their pupils.
The session proved to be both informative and inspiring, leaving the students with a renewed sense of gratitude and appreciation towards their educators.
