Feast of St. Vincent de Paul – 27th September 2025
The feast of St. Vincent de Paul, the patron saint of our school, was celebrated with great devotion and joy on 27th September 2025. The preparations in the Primary section began two weeks earlier, when our students generously contributed towards a charity fund for the welfare of the poor. The collected amount was handed over to the Social Service committee on 15th September 2025.
On 23rd September, our students participated in an engaging activity that helped them learn more about the life and mission of our patron saint, St. Vincent de Paul, inspiring them to follow his values of service and compassion.
The highlight of the celebration took place on 27th September. We were blessed with the presence of the Provincial of Pune Jesuits Province, Fr. Angelo Mascarenhas SJ, who celebrated the Holy Mass at St. Xavier’s Church for our students and teachers. He also blessed our school buildings, marking the occasion with spiritual grace.
The celebration concluded with a short program in the Gulati Hall. The event brought together our present and former staff members, along with representatives from VOBA (Vincent’s Old Boys Association), making the day truly memorable.
The feast of St. Vincent de Paul reminded us all of the importance of faith, charity, and service to others.
