AWARENESS SESSION ON GOOD TOUCH AND BAD TOUCH

An awareness session on “Good Touch and Bad Touch” was conducted on September 2 nd and 3 rd at the Fr. Oesch hall for classes V to X by Mrs. Rohini Kalkhaire, a dedicated and experienced
police constable, to educate students about personal safety and the importance of understanding appropriate and inappropriate physical contact. The session began with a warm welcome
extended to Mrs. Kalkhaire, followed by her interactive and informative talk. She explained the difference between good touch and bad touch using simple examples, stories, and real-life
situations that students could easily relate to. She emphasized the importance of:

1. Recognising unsafe situations 2. Understanding personal boundaries 3. Seeking help from trusted adults 4. Speaking up without fear or hesitation
Mrs. Kalkhaire also shared practical tips on how to stay safe, whom to approach for help, and the significance of self-confidence when facing uncomfortable situations. The students participated
actively, asking questions and clarifying their doubts. The session proved to be highly engaging, informative, and impactful, creating awareness about personal safety and empowering students
to protect themselves. It concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciating Mrs. Kalkhaire for her valuable time and efforts in spreading safety awareness among students.
